Rates and reservations:

• Rates are per person.

• Rates are per night stay.

• A food service should be charged on them at the 13% sales tax.

• Accommodation for groups is in shared rooms.

• All tours or activities are operated for at least 2 people.

• Reservations must be made with at least 72 hours in advance.

• All reservations, changes or cancellations must be made in writing to email info@turismoruraljuanilama.com, receiving confirmation in the same way as a guarantee that the reservation was successful.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours notice are charged 50% of the first night stay or 50% of the activities reserved for the first day.

• The customer does not arrive on the date indicated, without formal notification to the Association (No Show), has a penalty of 100% of the first night stay or 50% of the activities reserved for the first day.

• In booking travel agency, the individual client or the handler must present the voucher agency, to joining the Community to verify all the services to be provided.
  
  
  
  
  Policies for children:
  Children 0 to 4 years old: free of charge on all services.

Children 5 to 12 years are charged 50% of rack rates on all services.

Maximum 2 children per room are allowed.

Guides and drivers:
For groups of 2-9 people: guides and drivers pay 50%, sharing room and meals included.

Guides and drivers in groups of 10 or more: free of charge on sharing room and meals.

Activities and tours are free.

Payment Policies:
Payments should be made preferably via bank deposit.
Customer must send copy of proof of payment online and receive confirmation of receipt by the Association.
Transfer or bank deposits must specify in detail: the name of the agency or client and the date of the group or individual tourists.
All reservations must be guaranteed by the client with the prepayment of 50% of total services requested at least 8 days before arrival.

Remaining amounts of reservations must be canceled no later than the day of arrival.

Credit invoices for agencies are for 8 days must have the written approval of the Association board
